How to Order

UPS and Common Carrier

  • Small parcel orders are shipped via UPS to anywhere UPS ships in the United States.
  • Ready-to-Drink and/or liquid products are not suitable for UPS shipping due to breakage.
  • UPS Orders should be received by 3PM for same-day processing.
  • Large orders outside the fleet delivery area are shipped via common carrier.

Fleet Delivery

  • Perfect Nutrition’s fleet of delivery vehicles is capable of delivering anywhere in Southern California and Southern Nevada.
  • Orders using fleet delivery should be received by 3pm of the prior to expected delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns will be considered based on the product manufacturer’s return policy.
  • All returns must be approved and have an accompanying RA.
  • Approved refunds will be for business credit.

Payment

  • Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, VISA, MC or wire transfer. AMEX is not accepted
  • Bounced checks will result in a $20 fee.
